The Service department is slow. You wait several minutes when you arrive. They don’t go over your recommended services each visit. It’s hit or miss. Came to dealership february 8. We came to agreement on terms and pricing on my new Dearlership certified vehicle. Used my own financing through USAA and finished singing all the paperwork through Trophy's finace department. I was told the new vehicle was awaiting new tires, and it would be ready Monday. Trophy took possession of my old trade in the car, and I had to get a ride home. I came back to dealership today (Monday) to wait on vehicle to find out the new vehicle was not ready and has to wait any way for USAA wire transfer to be received by dealership before I can take possession. I TOOK a day off work to pick up this new vehicle today because I had no car to drive!!! I was given back my old trade in vehicle to drive until the new vehicle is ready. It is just VERY upsetting on how this has played out. Losing a Vacation day of not being informed of this and the dealership keeping my old vehicle over the weekend when apparently it wasn't supposed to. Just very disappointing in all of this. This went on all the way until Friday. I spoke with the sales manager at 2pm with no resolution and no vehicle delivery date. Around 6:30 pm finally got call to pick up vehicle. Assistant manager Danny was great. They performed the service fine. My complaints are customer focused issues. I have been there twice. Both times when the service was complete and paid for they just handed me my key and told me my car was parked out on the lot somewhere. Every other dealership actually pulls your car in to the service area where you dropped it off to begin with. My second issue was they had the nerve to want to charge me 3% service fee for paying their high prices using a credit card. That’s just the cost of doing business. I have never had any other dealership charge that. More
