I received great expectations and never felt out of the loop. Even though i wasn't able to be there physically, I felt like I was right there. He was personable and even related with my mom upon arrival for payment... he told her, "he's a father too and would hate to see his daughter riding on a tire like this." That made my moms heart swell with joy knowing that I was taken care of just like I was family. Please keep up the great work Robert...
