My salesperson, Malik Joseph, took time to explain the features of the Nissan Rogue I ultimately purchased. He answered all questions in an extremely professional and personable manner. The sales and purc features of the Nissan Rogue I ultimately purchased. He answered all questions in an extremely professional and personable manner. The sales and purchase process was conducted without pressure and all options were presented without attempts to influence my decision. I’ve been contacted several times after the purchase to ensure I’m satisfied. Every single person I’ve communicated with has treated me with respect and gratitude. It’s been a great purchasing experience. I recommend Trophy Nissan to anyone searching for a new car. I also suggest asking for Malik when you walk through the door. And, if you want a nice mid-sized SUV, the Rogue is a great choice. More
Last week, I had my Altima diagnosed by Trophy Nissan, because it would not start. They told me it had lost compression on 3 cylinders and required a new $6,000 engine. I had it towed back to my home, bec because it would not start. They told me it had lost compression on 3 cylinders and required a new $6,000 engine. I had it towed back to my home, because I didn't believe them. 2 salesmen called my wife and I trying to sell us a new vehicle, to which we declined. Today, I finally decided to try and troubleshoot the problem. I watched a YouTube video that suggested the car had gone into a cold start mode, and that giving it gas while starting it could get it to start. Low and behold, the first time I tried to start it while pressing the accelerator, it started right up. I drove it around and came back home. I turned it on and off 4 times, and it fired up every time. My conclusion is that Trophy Nissan blatantly tried to scam and rip me off. I'm livid with Trophy Nissan. They also left grease all inside the driver side door. They wouldn't take my diagnostic fee over the phone either. The whole experience was terrible. If you need service for your Nissan, don't take it to this place. They don't care about you. They want to take advantage of you and get as much money out of you as they can. This place is terrible. The scandalous behavior of Trophy Nissan is good reason that no single Nissan owner should frequent this business. They stole my money and did not take responsibility for the inferior quality work they did that no single Nissan owner should frequent this business. They stole my money and did not take responsibility for the inferior quality work they did which has costed me over $1000 in out of pocket costs. An honorable business would have acknowledged their error and compensated me for their mistakes. Here is what happened: Before I left for my summer vacation to South Carolina (road trip) I went to Trophy Nissan and got engine oil change, transmission oil change and 1 brand new tire (covered by insurance) for my Armada also paid for an alignment with a 1-year warranty. Once I reached South Carolina, I realized that the tires were wearing off like crazy. I called Trophy Nissan and they asked me to bring it over their shop, yeah right, I was in south Carolina. That meant that I had to buy 2 extra tires to return home. So when I got back, these 2 new tires were completely bald and I took it to Trophy Nissan. They hemmed and hawed and redid the alignment and made me pay for one of the tires again. After another 800 miles, the tires wore out again. I took it back and this time they really found the root of the problem – during the alignment, they had to replace a Bolt link, Dice Eccentric and Eccentric Bolt/Washer – which they had not done properly in the first instance. Now that the problem is fixed they are refusing to replace the 2 tires that were damaged by their (second) poor alignment workmanship. Right now my car needs another 2 new tires to replace the ones that have been damaged. This is a company that everyone should stay away from. They do not honor their word or the quality of their service work. The shockingly poor quality of their work is one thing. Acknowledging their responsibility for costing me 4 new tires is unforgiveable. Trophy Nissan and their Assistant Service Manager Slatinsky should be boycotted by every single Nissan owner. Such behavior should not be rewarded – in fact it should be punished. There are multiple honorable Nissan dealerships in town that you should frequent instead. More
I took my Lexus NX-200 to Trophy Nissan after a minor collision and they returned my car to me with lights yet to be adjusted on the panel and told me they could not repair it unless I repaired another i collision and they returned my car to me with lights yet to be adjusted on the panel and told me they could not repair it unless I repaired another issue that my car had prior to the collision. Result: my car is worse to drive now than it was before. Don’t take your vehicle there! More

Update: Had my car picked up yesterday to be taken to the service center and this is my second time using this Center. The first time the wait was extremely long, but the customer service was okay. I was thi service center and this is my second time using this Center. The first time the wait was extremely long, but the customer service was okay. I was thinking about really using this service center in order to continue to have my car service when needed but after they picked up my car yesterday to be serviced, in-which I made an appointment way ahead of time and my appointment time was schedule for 8am yesterday morning. The guy didn't come and pick up my car to almost 9am. All day yesterday I kept having to call to get a status check, but no response. There was no communication at all other than the two times that I had to text through their system in order to find out what was going on with my car. So fast forward and to make a long story short, my car did not get taking care of yesterday. I was not aware that my car was going to have to stay overnight just to be diagnosed and it wasn't until 5pm or so when I reached out to the assistant manager after leaving several messages and not getting any response, that I found out that my car was going to have to stay overnight and that it wasn't fixed or diagnosed yet, because they were short-staffed and backed up, which is not my problem. Now comes today when I'm asking what's going on with my car, I have also left a message for the director Randall. I'm being told today that my car still probably won't get looked at until very late this evening as there is still several cars ahead of me. They kept my car without even asking me if I needed a car to get to work. Wasn't even concerned about me getting to work today. Almost, seem like they are going to have to keep my car for a 3rd Day. And the fact of no communication at all and not being able to speak with any manager or supervisor is a negative for me. All I want them to do is to just deliver my car back to me and I don't want to be charged for anything, because they haven't done anything and I will take my car to Clay Cooley Nissan to get fixed, because this is unacceptable and the lack of communication is poor customer service. I am highly disappointed, highly pissed and very frustrated, because my car was still drivable and I could have just took it in myself on Saturday and waited for my car to be done versus them picking it up thinking that they were going to let me know what the issue was on the same day that they picked it up, especially since they had all day to diagnose it and it was doing on weekday. I just don't believe that it's the customers fought that the company is behind or short-staffed. That is definitely not the answer I wanted to hear. More
