There's no possible way that diagnostic was done with integrity. Your technicians primarily work on Nissan cars. They, of anyone, should know when a car has a simple problem or a catastrophic engine failure. They said my car had no compression in 3 cylinders, and that it required a $6,000 engine. I started the car by pressing the gas pedal, and it's running just fine. There are no misfires. Everything with the engine is fine. The car wouldn't start if the engine had lost compression in 3 cylinders. The fact is, if I hadn't known better, I would have either paid over $6,000 in needless repairs, or I would have bought a new car. That is what Trophy Nissans intentions were when they diagnosed my vehicle.

Your manager never mentioned that, however I knew that the cause of the worn was due to a bad job for the alignment you guys did in the first place. Not only that, he said that I drive too rough and that's reason for the alignment to go bad. I had this vehicle for almost 3 years, I never had an issue before, until now that I let your technicians put their hands in it. I felt pretty offended by the behavior of your manager Daniel Slatinsky not only rude and unwilling to help.
