My service adviser Antez Coleman is amazing. We had an issue with our car, I called the Dealer and spoke to Mr. Coleman on a Saturday AM and told to bring our car in and he would assist. Came in to get a quote for my sunroof leaking they told me that it was going to cost $200 diagnostic then they quoted me $4,000 for repair and I declined they ended up still charging me the $200 for diagno me that it was going to cost $200 diagnostic then they quoted me $4,000 for repair and I declined they ended up still charging me the $200 for diagnostics even though they didn't diagnose anything I came in and told them the problem and issues. Then they technician lost my key fob and they ended up taking an extra 2 days with me and my wife having to go back and forth three times to the shop to get them the extra fuzz for them to reprogram the new fobs cost us a lot of time and headache. They had horrible communication throughout the whole thing they never even called they only texted they never explained what they diagnosed they didn't explain what anything what happened with anything and just an all-around horrible experience. I took it into the dealership thinking that I would get professional and talk to your service and boy was I wrong. More

My tires you lost 1 lock on the front driver side and a lug missing on the back passenger side. I sat at your place of business for over 2 hours. When I got in my car it sounded as a truck. I thought maybe it's the highway I then picked up my husband from work whe did call back 5 02. The lugs on my car or tire we're not tighten at all. 168.69 I paid for you to endangered my life as well as family. I will be taking off work tomorrow Monday to return. More
Not going back. Went in for an oil change and a headlight bulb replacement, they charged $131 to put in a headlight bulb which burned out a week later the service ad Went in for an oil change and a headlight bulb replacement, they charged $131 to put in a headlight bulb which burned out a week later the service advisor even came and told me they’ve gone to buy a new bulb which I don’t believe they did. Pitiful ended up fixing it myself been trading there since 92 bought four Nissan’s there looks like I’ll find someplace else to go from now on. More
