Trophy Nissan - Service Center

Dropped car off for preset appt for oil change. When I returned I was advised the pil change wasn't completed because of a bad oil pan. It is disappointing since I just paid $2800 for a new stock r When I returned I was advised the pil change wasn't completed because of a bad oil pan. It is disappointing since I just paid $2800 for a new stock radio and thousands upon thousands with many vehicles here. I took the car to Nissan of lewisville the very next day. They said that there would be no issue changing the oil and likely since it was late at night that staff at trophy nissan just made an excuse so wouldn't have to stay late. They did mentions oil pan had some normal wear and tear, however that wouldn't be reason not to change the oil. I told them the thousands that was spent on the radio screen and they said if 2800 for radio they would of gave me a free oil pan had I paid then to the radio. Disgruntled to say the least! More
