When I picked up my new Subaru an item which I ordered was not on the car Bob immediately investigated and ordered the part. Several days later I emailed him and asked if I could also order side cargo net was not on the car Bob immediately investigated and ordered the part. Several days later I emailed him and asked if I could also order side cargo nets. He told me no problem. he parts arrived and an appointment was set up to accommodate me. I met Conrad the morning of my appointment that would start on my car. I was waiting awhile and Conrad came out and explained the reason for the delay was the engine had to be cool in order to install the block heater I ordered. He was very apologetic and ask if he could get me anything while I waited. When the service was done Conrad escorted me out o the car to show me where the plug was located and answered a question I had about a sensor. He told me to come right back if I had any problems. I've dealt with service departments before and not with the best of feeling or service. I was very happy with my experience at the Subaru service department and look forward to a long relationship with them. More
I continue to receive superior service from Troncalli Subaru. I purchased my Outback from Bobbie in 2010 who was extremely knowledgable and demonstrated excellent people skills. For service I have interacted with Conrad who also is very helpful and courteous. Yesterday, I also had the opportunity to interact with Service Technician (George). George was great! He took the time to answer all my questions and provided additional guidance that will help me continue to enjoy my Subaru. This is my 4th Subaru and 3rd Outback. The combination of an outstanding product (Subaru) and superior service, (Troncalli Subaru) insure a satisfied customer! Thanks again! tb More

I have a 2001 Subaru Outback and the place I used to go for service had nearly convinced me that it was time to replace a car that I love due to some expensive repairs that they said needed to be done (tra for service had nearly convinced me that it was time to replace a car that I love due to some expensive repairs that they said needed to be done (transmission, etc.). I took it to Troncalli on recommendation from other Subaru owners and asked them to give me their honest opinion. Conrad introduced me to George - the Subaru whisperer. George gave it a once over and let me know there was nothing wrong with the transmission and that he thought it had another 100,000 miles left in it! There were only some normal wear and tear repairs that needed to be done. That was last March. We did the repairs and it has been running like a top since then. Today I was back for a 90,000 mile tuneup. I can't say thank you enough to George and the team at Troncalli for the way they help me take care of my car. They are honest and trustworthy - they have come in under the estimated price for both of my major services and always take the time to explain what needs to be done and why. They even reset all my radio presets when they had to disconnect the battery. They fix what needs to be done and don't do things that you don't need. I won't take my car anywhere else!! These folks have always bent over backwards to make our stay as short and enjoyable as possible. Always willing to take the time to explain things and answer questions. They went above and beyond to make sure my problem was fixed. I live more than 1.5 hrs away from the dealership and they made sure I was taken care of and the work completed in a timely fashon. They could have charged me more than they did , but they were more concerned about fixing my problem and making sure I was happy I feel I treated very well and if I had a question they went out of there way to help me understand about the problem with the vehicle and the best way to get it corrected without breaking the bank. I will find a way to keep coming back for my service even though the distance to the dealership will be a challange. Thank you Trocalli Service Department for you great service. More
