Even after telling them to please Google it like I had they would not do it and charged me $200 to get my vehicle back. I used YouTUbe and fixed in 10 minutes. More

BODY SHOP ALWAYS LIES. GM WON’T RETURN EMAILS. As a customer who’s bought a vehicle at Troncalli Subaru, I was originally satisfied with the customer service and overall GM WON’T RETURN EMAILS. As a customer who’s bought a vehicle at Troncalli Subaru, I was originally satisfied with the customer service and overall experience I’ve had. The same cannot be said with the body shop. My wife had a small front end collision in her 2020 Outback. The body shop has had my wife’s car for 70+ days. It is still not done. No one from the Troncalli has been proactive with conveying any information at all to us. Even after Patrick “promised” that he would personally reach out to me about the final missing part that wasn’t ordered, I heard nothing. Every week we call we are always told “your car should be ready next week.” And during the following week another excuse is given as to why they failed to meet timelines and accomplish their tasks. Constantly we are told that “someone called in sick” or “we didn’t receive the part yet.” There’s always an excuse every single week. The blame passing is constant and the communication is nearly nonexistent. This has been a terrible experience so far and has tainted my perception of a once highly recommended organization. I would never recommend this organization to any customer. More
Was told that I need four new tires as one of mine had a puncture in the sidewall that could not be repaired. Problem was that it was 5:00 and they said it was too late to do the job. Took it to another dealer who diagnosed the issue as a leak between the treads. That dealer patched the tire and I’m still driving on it a year and a half later which means no waste of three good tires that were like new or money for four that I didn’t need. Can’t bring myself to ever go back to Troncalli. More
They actually tried to force me into buying a new car by giving me an obscene price on my car repairs. Upon denying the work, and the new car pressure, I learn that I still have to pay for a diagnostic tha giving me an obscene price on my car repairs. It's been in this shop being ignored for 5 weeks. As for communication, I called 6 times, got through twice. They called me once, and that was because they thought I had a new car payment up my sleeve. Total scam tactics, and the fear tactics of trying to point out any little thing with the car to persuade me to trade it in so they get even more money. More
Unsatisfied! Terrible customer service! I took a 2010 Forester purchased for my 16 year old by her father in for inspection. Todd Estes Service manager was very hostile, rude and unprofessional. Making Appointment- I explained that the car was delivered to my daughter and seemed to have some problems. I believed it needed alignment, shocks, and struts. But I wanted them to look it over and give me an itemized list of things that needed to be fised. And to put in order of need. He danced around when I asked about priceing, not giving me any solid costs. He mentioned a diagnostic test and $165....but said to double check when brough in. Delivery- Mike was very nice. He said they would look at everything. I specifically asked him about he diagnostic and the $165. I was told if no check engine codes were coming up, then the full diagnostic $165 didn't need to be done, they would just do a visual point inspection. Call about problems- Sarah called and told me the car needed a full engine reseal $3000 because it was leaking everything from everywhere (it does leak antifreeze a little but not oil, liars) and the front.back shocks and struts would be $2620. I asked about the itemized by need list she said there was no point in all needed to be done. I am a single mom of 2 and a teacher. I am not rolling in money. ... I explained to to them and still could not get an itemized list. I told them I will have to come get the car because that is just all more than I can spend. Pick up- with Sarah. My daughter and I go to pick the car up. We are told we own $165 for the diagnostic...the exact thing i asked about and was told I wouldn't be charged. She called Mike on the phone , when she got off she said he didn't charge you for the USED CAR INSPECTION but you do have to pay the DIAGNOSTIC INSPECTION. Never was a used car inspection ever mentioned. Sarah and I went round and round for a minute. Then The service manager Todd Estes came out and was aggressive and rude. Asking me , "what? did I think I was just going to come in herre and get charged nothing for the inspection?! So tell me what YOU think would be fair...I mean I have guys I have to pay, they don't just stand around?! they need to get paid!" FInally he said $100 and I paid it and left. I have never had worse communication or customer service. I know Troncalli has been around Atlanta for a long time, there must be something good about them. But it was not evident at the Cumming Troncalli Subaru Service Dpeartment on 9/14/21....RUN from them and Todd Estes More

They could have been honest and called to reschedule the service appointment. They did not even mention the situation when I initially checked in. I expect better customer service from a Subaru dealership. More
