Looked all over the south for a new Jeep. I returned to Troncolli because of the personnel I came in contact with we're absolutely the best people to communicate and work with. Instead, they let me drive their cars home to see if it fits my garage and my driving style. When I was ready to make the purchase, they made sure I got a great deal and offered a lot of extra values and services that other dealerships cannot beat. At the service department, everyone is knowledgeable and eager to help. The mechanic designated to service my vehicle is Steve Echols. He is very experience, well trained, and very detail oriented. I have watched Steve working on other cars before. Steve works on every car as if it is his own. When he returns the car to me, I know that the job has been done right. I am sure most mechanics at Troncalli are equally good, but I am glad I have someone I can always trust to work on my car. Parts department Cliff is another awesome staff. He is very experienced, very knowledgeable and very patient. He always gives sound advice on parts and accessories. I do have another dealership closer to my home, but I repeatedly chose drive the extra distance to come back here to look for advice from Cliff. Body shop staff is also awesome. They stand behind their work. One time I had an accident and the door had to be replaced. The paint color was slightly off which can be visible only under direct sunlight. They took the car back and redo it, and gave me free rental car during the rework. The did a fantastic job. I grew up from a family that was not impressed by the Dodge brand. This dealership has turned it around 180 deg. I am glad I bought my Charger from Troncalli. I am a very proud Dodge owner, and one happy Troncalli customer. More

This was the first time I had my Jeep serviced at Troncalli Jeep, due to a recent move they are now the closest Authorized Jeep Service Center to my new location in Dahlonega, GA. I was very pleased Troncalli Jeep, due to a recent move they are now the closest Authorized Jeep Service Center to my new location in Dahlonega, GA. I was very pleased with my first experience at the Troncalli Jeep service dept. My service advisor Joe Maturani was Knowledgeable, Professional and Courteous, he made my first visit a pleasure as he addressed all of my concerns and issues. My Jeep was taken in immediately when I arrived for my scheduled appointment and Joe's estimate of the time it would take to do the service and repairs was dead on. I would give Joe a AAA+ rating. All of the staff I had contact with in the service dept. were pleasant and helpful and I would give the Troncalli Jeep Service Dept. the same AAA+ rating overall as I did Joe Maturani from the person who greeted me upon my arrival at the service dept., to the gentleman who drove my Jeep from the service advisors station to the service bay, to the technician who preformed the service and repairs to my vehicle. Joe Maturani represented the dealership service dept. in an outstanding manner and could be used as the definition of what Customer Service should be. While I was waiting for my vehicle I had the opportunity to take advantage of the customer lounge and workstations with free WiFi Internet Access which made the time go by much faster. I particularly liked the Keurig Coffee Maker, I had seen them previously but had never used one before and was so impressed with it that the day after my service visit at Troncalli Jeep I bought one for my home. The lounge was clean and neat as were the customer workstations which allowed me to be productive during my wait for the work on my Jeep to be completed. In conclusion I would highly recommend the Troncalli Jeep Service Dept. and when its time for me to purchase a new Jeep I would not hesitate to bring my business to Troncalli and allow them to assist me with all of my future automotive needs. I needed tires for my wife's Mazda. I don't live near this store but I work in the area 3 days a week. I stopped in and met with JR on Friday, who priced tires for me. He was the best deal I found.
