Brought the JEEP to John during a very busy time and he worked on it while my grandson held the flashlight. Well he was able to unjam the tablet and made my grandson a very very happy young man. Awesome customer service, he stopped what he was doing and was determined to open the glove box. We are very grateful for his assistance and as usual will be back for any service needs. More

Long wait I purchased my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 from Troncalli and also purchased the Mopar vehicle protection product for the vehicle. My truck came due for an o I purchased my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 from Troncalli and also purchased the Mopar vehicle protection product for the vehicle. My truck came due for an oil change, which is covered under the plan, so I went by to have the service performed. There were about five vehicles waiting for oil changes that day and I was told it would be two and a half to three hours before they could take my truck, which is entirely too long to wait. Later that week I tried again and the service guy wrote me up and said they would call when the truck was ready. Unfortunately, I did not think to ask and was not told how many were ahead of me. An hour later I saw the truck still waiting in the lot and was then told it would be another hour and a half before it would be serviced. I was not happy about wasting that hour, but decided to give it another try later in the week. I stopped by the next day only to be told once again there would be an hour and a half to two hour wait. When I was being sold the Mopar coverage I recall being told how great it was that an appointment was not needed to schedule routine oil changes. It may be great if there is not a line ahead of you, but this certainly has not been the case for me. Currently I am almost 1500 miles past the oil change date since I have been unable to obtain this service within a reasonable period of time from the service department. This could all be solved if they would simply provide customers with the opportunity to schedule this work. Kirk Warren More

I am traveling out of town a week from today and they can't even look at my truck before I travel. Getting an appt for anything other than an oil change at Troncalli seems to be worse than trying to get a doctors appt. More

Taking advantage of an educated and honest customer. I don't go to the dealership for everything. Any reasonable person wouldn't. I went to my "guy" and he ethically advised that he sees an issue with the drivetrain and to take it to the dealer. He didn't have to do this, but that's the type of service that he provides. I then go to Troncalli who starts trying to add services and unnecessary repairs that I know are not needed. I had used these guys a few years ago, and went away from them for this very thing. I thought that in a few years that they would have wised up. Guess not. More

Each and every time I've called I get an automoted attendent that tells me that my call may be recordfed for quality assurance......rings a bit, repeats the same message, rings a bit... and so on until eaither I hang up or it disconnects me. The car business must be aweful good right now, because as a customer, I can t even reach anyoen at Troncoli. I guess people are waling in there and buying cars like crazy, they certainly arent connecting by Telephone. Maybe I'll hear back on my vehicle eventually! More

I can say that from minute1 (even before that with scheduling the appointment and information from my salesperson Tyler Grant), everything was FLAWLESS. I mean exceptional from when I pulled in to the shop, the explanation of the work to be completed, the recall items checked on beyond what I was in for, and other items placed to order as a pro-active measure. To me, I look at the total experience with the car... the purchase... ownership (well its a darn ViperGT and my #1 car above even my old 11' GT3RS)... finance, and service. Service is well into 1/2 of the total buyers experience and can easily be the killer for any deal or dealership. Tyler, Josh, JoeM, JR... JamesA you guys rock! I would highly recommend Troncalli to anyone. THANKS! More
