My visit this evening at Troncalli was absolutely fantastic! I went in for an oil change and ended up getting a 5 Tire Rotation and filters changed as well. The work was done quickly, but correctly! fantastic! I went in for an oil change and ended up getting a 5 Tire Rotation and filters changed as well. The work was done quickly, but correctly! The entire Service Department and of course the Service Manager was extremely professional, caring and helpful. They gave me reassurance that my vehicle was in great hands and indeed it was. My Jeep was released back to me in great condition. No scratches, oily door handles or steering wheel. They made me feel like family and now I am a customer for life! -Andrea L. More
After waiting nearly four weeks for a replacement radio, I was told that the replacement itself would take about an hour. I asked when I could bring it in and that I would just wait for it and was told 8:30 I was told that the replacement itself would take about an hour. I asked when I could bring it in and that I would just wait for it and was told 8:30 the next morning. This is good. I've had trouble with my radio since I bought the truck. I don't drive it often so it was always slipping my mind. So I was glad to finally put this issue to bed. I show up at the service counter at 8:30 or a couple of minutes after. Joe took my key and said he'd take care of it. So I waited. And waited. And waited. After waiting for two hours I went back to the service desk to see what was going on. Joe went away for a minute or two then came back and said it would be fifteen more minutes. No apology. No excuses. Just "another fifteen minutes". So what can I do? They have my key. I have to wait. So I wait. And wait. And wait some more. Finally, nearly forty five minutes later I hear them call me to the service department. So I'm ready to get my key and get on with my day. Nope. I'm greeted with "Mr. Bougher, do you have satellite radio?". "Yes", I replied. "OK, We're having trouble getting it activated". At this point I lost it. I couldn't believe I waited all this time just for them to now have issues that were going to delay me even more. Again, no apology. Oh he might have said sorry but it was in relation to "s**t happens". No one took personal responsibility for me having to wait nearly three hours when I was told it would be one. No one apologized for the original radio issue itself, ever. Which was a major inconvenience over the duration of the time I've owned the truck. I asked to speak to someone in customer service and someone named JR appeared out of nowhere. He was just as indifferent if not more so than the service advisor. One other thing, as to my extended wait, while I was waiting I checked the GPS location of my truck a couple of times. Each time it appeared to be in the parking lot. I wish I had walked to where it was supposed to be so I could verify that but I just figured it was off a bit. But then, after checking the status after two hours I checked the location again and this time it was different. It's clear to me that while I was waiting so was my truck. That is unacceptable and unforgivable. They knew I was waiting and I had made an appointment so there is no reason to delay working on my vehicle. Finally, I can say that after my experience today as well as a previous service experience, I will never buy another vehicle from Troncalli. Period. And in fact, my faith in Ram and related brands has been shaken by this experience. My suggestion to management at Troncalli is this. Take the word Service to heart. It shouldn't just mean working on people's vehicles. It should also mean providing proper customer service to your customers. I suspect most of your customers are people who bought their vehicle at your dealership. This means if you lose them at the service counter you've lost them at the sales counter as well. More
I live less than 3 minutes from this dealership, took my car in to get fixed and had a horrible experience. Not only did they make me late for work because of poor communication, the technician actually bro car in to get fixed and had a horrible experience. Gone above and beyond to resolve my problem I am a repeat customer. Have purchased/leased 3 vehicles to date. This issue was with my used Cherokee... not purchased at Troncalli simply because I am a repeat customer. Have purchased/leased 3 vehicles to date. This issue was with my used Cherokee... not purchased at Troncalli simply because they did not have any at the time. They are hard to find! Multiple issues including needing new ignition. But most stressful, a hard to diagnose leak! My point of contact for service has been Joe Maturani. Extremely helpful. Kept in touch. I know he has been at the dealership a long time.... Certainly a reason for me to continue to return with my service needs. NOTE TO JR: A shout out to Justin of Seal Tech. Just a fantastic individual who is passionate about customer satisfaction and getting the job done right! Joe, Justin and the service & body crew at Troncalli managed to solve and get my leaking Jeep headache behind me. Something my entire family is most grateful for. A quality crew.... Thanks for everything you have managed to get done for me! More
LIARS! I recently took my car to them to have a recall repair done. They called me, after I left, to tell me my brakes needed to be replaced. The guy actually said they were below 3mm and it was not safe repair done. They called me, after I left, to tell me my brakes needed to be replaced. The guy actually said they were below 3mm and it was not safe to drive with brakes like that. He asked if I wanted to go ahead and replace my brakes, as well as my rotors, totaling 372 for parts and labor. I said no, I would change them myself. I go to take my brakes off and notice my brakes are barely worn, my rotors were in great shape, on both front and back!! If I had not checked myself, I would have believed them when they lied about my brakes and just paid almost 400 to have them replaced!! This place is crooked and lies to get you to spend money, shame on you! More

I struck up a conversation with Steve Radford about someday upgrading my truck to a 3/4 ton, and asked for his card in exchange for my number so he could contact me if something came up in the future. About 20 minutes later, Steve handed me a printout of a truck with the options we had discussed which also showed the truck to be heavily incentivized with rebates and 0% financing. No pressure from Steve, he just wanted me to have the information. I walked the lot and later located Steve for a walk around and long story short, drove away with a new truck and a good no pressure deal. I’ll definitely be recommending and calling Steve in the future. More

Facing major issues due to my Jeep being vandalized at the Atlanta Airport, Christian Bird provided outstanding support in helping me work with multiple 3rd parties and the insurance adjuster as we worked to rebuild my Jeep Wrangler. With a commitment to excellence and dedication, Christian took the lead in speaking with multiple parties in an effort to ease my pain and get my Jeep back to me as promptly as possible, Although I am a customer that has high expectations of my dealership, my recent experience has left me incredible appreciative. I give Christian and the Troncalli team 5-Stars at every turn! More

Price Gouging On Parts Easily Acquired For Much Less Charged $108 for a single TPMS sensor and $65 for labor to replace it. This is with a $130 diagnostic fee for a noise they (of course) could not replicate. Nowhere on earth is a single MOPAR TPMS sensor $108. They are approximately $65 + $10 shipping everywhere online from dealers. This dealer price gouges customers. I asked the Service Writer why such a high price and he just did the “no my decision, talk to management” speach washing his hands of this price gouging with no empathy or care. On top of this, when I arrived I had to repeat myself to 3 people before reaching someone who could intake my car (and I had an appointment). Nobody simply took me to where I need go and explained what I already said so the customer didn’t have to repeat himself. Same deal picking up the car. Called for the shuttle, wait on hold for about 2 min only to have to repeat myself again and then that person handed the phone to the driver who asked me for directions despite me providing an address and explaining any GPS will go there directly. Place seems so disorganized. I will not return or remove my review unless I am refunded $108-$75 leaving me paying a fair price for a TPMS. Dealers should not take advantage of customers with insane parts markups. More
