For the situation that I am in my husband & I expected people to treat me very badly & not give me options. There were a lot of options at the dealer & they also gave me warrenty. I am glad I have purchased my 2008 Charger from here. The service I have received here over the past 4 years has been nothing but outstanding. Sales team is very friendly and are helpful. They understand that you are making an important purchase and they spend time to help you research on everything. They did not push me to purchase right away. Instead, they let me drive their cars home to see if it fits my garage and my driving style. When I was ready to make the purchase, they made sure I got a great deal and offered a lot of extra values and services that other dealerships cannot beat. At the service department, everyone is knowledgeable and eager to help. The mechanic designated to service my vehicle is Steve Echols. He is very experience, well trained, and very detail oriented. I have watched Steve working on other cars before. Steve works on every car as if it is his own. When he returns the car to me, I know that the job has been done right. I am sure most mechanics at Troncalli are equally good, but I am glad I have someone I can always trust to work on my car. Parts department Cliff is another awesome staff. He is very experienced, very knowledgeable and very patient. He always gives sound advice on parts and accessories. I do have another dealership closer to my home, but I repeatedly chose drive the extra distance to come back here to look for advice from Cliff. Body shop staff is also awesome. They stand behind their work. One time I had an accident and the door had to be replaced. The paint color was slightly off which can be visible only under direct sunlight. They took the car back and redo it, and gave me free rental car during the rework. The did a fantastic job. I grew up from a family that was not impressed by the Dodge brand. This dealership has turned it around 180 deg. I am glad I bought my Charger from Troncalli. I am a very proud Dodge owner, and one happy Troncalli customer. More

The dealership is a about a 45 minute drive for us, but it was worth it. The price on the Durango was great and we were given a very fair offer on our trade. At the dealership, I dealt with Kevin and Chad Giller. They worked together to get the deal put together quickly and get us on our way. Living in Marietta I had many choices near my home to purchase a Challenger, but all left a bad taste in my mouth with the limited conversations I had with them. From the moment I had my first conversation with Kevin and Tyler I knew this would not be a typical car buying experience. I got straight answers to ALL my questions, got all the information I requested, and most importantly they weren't looking to "Just make a sale". They were both looking to treat me, not just like a customer, but a member of their family. Little did I know, the best was yet to come! I realized that Kevin and Tyler are a team. No one-upsmanship, just 2 guys working together making sure I got what I was looking for. Tyler was unbelievable. I bought this Challenger sight unseen and Tyler kept me up to date with daily updates on when it was coming in. You would have thought he was buying this car for himself. He took the time necessary to walk me through every aspect of my new Challenger. While I was getting a tutorial from Tyler, Kevin made sure my wife felt at home with the Troncalli hospitality. I have bought many cars in my life and always have left the dealership trying to figure out if I got taken or not. NOT with Troncalli! This place treated me fairly, did not try and sell me anything I was not looking for and I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. More
