Had an appointment 09:00 for realignment of front wheels and break light problem. Turned the car in 08:45. 10:55 (thats right 10:55) got the message what to be done and about price. It cannot be hard to find or understand to chech at the very beginning.....checked out 11:20..... If there is "standard" prices for specific works to be done ....why come and have me agree to a price..?? How could I denied..?? More

I am a previous 2-time jeep owner and I Love My Jeep. I mistakenly purchased my second jeep from a different dealership and I struggled with the service department over a reoccurring problem for at least 1 mistakenly purchased my second jeep from a different dealership and I struggled with the service department over a reoccurring problem for at least 11 months. Jeep even assisted me by assigning a representative to help us alleviate the problem. After 11 months of constant maintenance trips to another dealership, my husband and I asked our rep if we could bring the jeep to Troncalli and try their service department. Troncalli's service department did a fantastic job repairing the problem even though we didn't purchase the jeep from them. I immediately told my husband that I when I got ready to trade my wrangler in I would only go to Troncalli and that is what I did yesterday. Mr. Gonzalez was willing to answer my questions and assist us immediately when we approached him. He "listened" to our situation and helped us meet our needs through our trade. After a few months of looking for a new/used vehicle, and experiencing to worst in car dealerships in the Metro Atlanta area, I stumbled across Troncalli in Cumming. I dreaded contacting them, but I forged ahead to make my wife happy. I now wish I would have just went to them from the beginning. What an easy process, and not your typical corporate dealership. It was an easy deal and they met my terms right away with no games. It is nice to see a dealership treat people like people. Kevin Slatton was a breeze to work with, Roll Tide, and Tyler was able to explain all of the options on the vehicle for my wife and set up many features for her. I had already seen the model at another local dealer, but they did not have the exact color or configuration that I was seeking. In fact, the employees there were not very familiar with the vehicle itself. That other dealer was not willing to attempt to locate my desired selection, nor were they willing to accept a several thousand dollar deposit for a few days, while I arranged my funds. A friend of mine suggested that I must not have been aware of Troncalli Chrysler, in Cumming. I was not, in fact. Troncalli was closer to my home and Daniel had the exact vehicle that I was seeking. He was informative, helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Tye was helpful in arranging to accept my deposit on a Saturday afternoon, while I did my own fund transferring. Trancalli had agreed to hold the vehicle for a week. However, our personal excitement about the vehicle, the fact that the specifications, color and equipment were exact and the price was competitive were too much for us to wait. We arranged our funds that following Monday and picked up the new mini-van on Tuesday. My wife and I are happy that we selected Troncalli for the purchase of the vehicle.
