Will interpreted my words of luxury and technology conveniences expertly. We only pulled one more car because I had given him two color choices, and after looking I decided I wanted the other color. Will has an expert and unique knowledge about vehicles due to a past job. We really enjoyed talking and learning with him while never feeling pressured. Long wait I purchased my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 from Troncalli and also purchased the Mopar vehicle protection product for the vehicle. My truck came due for an o I purchased my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 from Troncalli and also purchased the Mopar vehicle protection product for the vehicle. My truck came due for an oil change, which is covered under the plan, so I went by to have the service performed. There were about five vehicles waiting for oil changes that day and I was told it would be two and a half to three hours before they could take my truck, which is entirely too long to wait. Later that week I tried again and the service guy wrote me up and said they would call when the truck was ready. Unfortunately, I did not think to ask and was not told how many were ahead of me. An hour later I saw the truck still waiting in the lot and was then told it would be another hour and a half before it would be serviced. I was not happy about wasting that hour, but decided to give it another try later in the week. I stopped by the next day only to be told once again there would be an hour and a half to two hour wait. When I was being sold the Mopar coverage I recall being told how great it was that an appointment was not needed to schedule routine oil changes. It may be great if there is not a line ahead of you, but this certainly has not been the case for me. Currently I am almost 1500 miles past the oil change date since I have been unable to obtain this service within a reasonable period of time from the service department. This could all be solved if they would simply provide customers with the opportunity to schedule this work. Kirk Warren More
