He was more than happy to work this deal mainly over the phone, as I live 3 hours away. We talked for 3 days and I was coming in on Saturday the 15th. Now this deal started a little rocky because when I arrived someone else was test driving the same truck that I drove 3 hours to purchase. I was a little upset and voiced my opinion as well. Chris had my back the whole time. I did not purchase the truck on Saturday, but that wasn't all they're fault. Chris and Eric, the sales manager, continued to work this deal and got it approved on 7/20. After the deal was approved Chris agreed to drive 3 hours and deliver it to me. He insisted on driving to my job, as to not inconvenience me at all. He drove to my job and we finished everything on site. Then he took my trade and, of course, drove 3 hours back. Like I said, this deal started rocky, but through the persistence Chris and the rest of the dealership it turned out to be a great and I would buy there again and definitely recommend them. The GM, Clifford Rudd, hooked us up with Will Jenkins. What a wonderful experience!!! I had researched Jeeps for a year and knew exactly what I wanted. Will was so patient, listened to all of my requests, and tried to find exactly what I wanted. He took me on a great test drive explaining all of the features and allowing us to take the top down and drive the hill behind the dealership. I was sold! Unfortunately, Will couldn't find a Jeep outfitted exactly like I wanted within 500 miles. Next step, build a Jeep just for me! What fun! After waiting 5 weeks, my dream car has arrived! Will even called me to let me know it was on the train to Georgia! He stayed late for us to come pick it up once it arrived and still took the time to explain everything about my sweet new ride! Don't bother to shop First let me say that we have purchased a vehicle from Troncalli. We tried once again and wasted lots of time. Had a better price from another dealer. Had a better price from another dealer...said he would do better by $500...go back...oh, they do not have a car. No they are unable to find a car. They just bait you to come back and try to upsell you. I called the General Manager a few days later to complain that they submitted our papers for a Chrysler auto loan even though we had never signed a contract. The bank called me to verify. The GM never bothered to return my call. I would never recommend this dealership. More
