I only do this once a decade, what a great experience It had been over 11 years since I bought my last car, and I had not had a payment in over 6 years, so I was not looking forward to buying a new vehicl It had been over 11 years since I bought my last car, and I had not had a payment in over 6 years, so I was not looking forward to buying a new vehicle. I don't like the high pressure type of sales lots. I have to say Troncalli is none of that. I dealt with the Sales manager Chad Giller and I asked him to give me some info on the phone which he gladly supplied. I showed up at the dealership and he was expecting me with the Jeep I wanted to look at waiting. It was a very enjoyable buying experience, and I will be back again, I may not wait 10 years this time to get a new vehicle due to this experience. More
