We can accept vehicles for "Quick Lube Express Service " until 5:45PM Monday thru Friday and until 5:15PM on Saturday. We offer shuttle service, rental vehicles, and if you choose, a large waiting area with KEURIG Coffee and a children's play area.
Our Collision Center is here to help you protect your investment. We have highly qualified I-CAR trained personnel and a state of the art repair facility with all of the necessary equipment to restore your vehicle to its pre-accident condition. We repair ALL makes and models and work with ALL insurance companies!

He spent a lot of time going through all the various trim levels and features of the line. I am one for details and my questions were answered without hesitation and from his own product knowledge. He is trained extensively by the dealership and my impression is he takes that opportunity to its maximum potential. He really knows his stuff and the 8 years experience has paid off handsomely. If you are reading this to see if Troncalli is the dealership for you, know that I have been servicing our Jeep Grand Cherokee here since 2013 and the service department always comes through. Very helpful sales and financing personnel Chad Giller and Glen Bellew were very helpful in both the sales and financing processes. I changed the car I wanted from a Pacifica Hybrid to a Pacifi Chad Giller and Glen Bellew were very helpful in both the sales and financing processes. I changed the car I wanted from a Pacifica Hybrid to a Pacifica due to the Chrysler incentives which were available only on the latter vehicle - which I did not understand until Chad explained it. Then, I had another misconception about financing that Glen Bellew clarified, resulting in his needing to redo all the paperwork. Glen was extremely patient and personable throughout the entire discussion. The only negative in the entire experience was the length of time it took to see Glen after the sales process was complete. I got the impression that he was the only finance person working on a Saturday afternoon! More

The dealer offered to ship my car up to me but after talking to them and my sales guy Tyler Grant who happens to be a car guy like myself there was no way I wasn't making the trip to meet this Dodge family. Another great thing for me was that Kim Shelley in finace saved me a bunch of cash on my deal! Awesome place everyone had smiles and very was inviting. When the next monster come's out from dodge guess where I'm buying it from?? That's right TRONCALLI#!!!!! More

Drove 30+ miles for great customer service Troncalli and Chris Klass provided great customer service! First they agreed to ship me a part that I wanted for my new Jeep Cherokee at no cost so I Troncalli and Chris Klass provided great customer service! First they agreed to ship me a part that I wanted for my new Jeep Cherokee at no cost so I didn't have to make the 30+ mile drive back to the dealership. Next, they found me an even better deal and sent poor Chris to my house in Atlanta during RUSH HOUR traffic to sign new paperwork even AFTER I had already signed the paperwork at a higher payment. Chris even installed my part for me while at my house!!! Very pleasant experience that I would not have gotten at an in-town dealer. More
