Great customer service! I was "just looking" at a new Dodge Charger (owned a 2011 and a 2013 R/T before) and met Rex. He was able to take great care of me. It was already pretty late when we arrived at the dealership, but Rex was not worried about what time it was. They even pulled the car out of the showroom so I could take it for a drive. Steve Radford was amazing, but Not the finance/contract dept Mr. Radford is a great guy. He was amazing with making us a good deal and even better experience for my daughter’s first car experience. The gentleman working the contract tried to get me to sign into a high interest rate deal. I knew I had great credit, and said no. Before I left the deal, he dropped the interest rate by 2%. Integrity is important to me, and I only bought the car because Mr. Radford was amazing, and gave us a good deal on the car. Lastly, make sure you get two keys with the car. Ours had one. Mr. Radford did help with that and got us a second key. He is the main reason I’d go back. More
