Ripoff I was sold a 2007 GMC Yukon with a bad motor. The vehicle barely lasted 30 days. My first payment wasn't even due & I have no vehicle to drive. Triad in Motion didn't even offer to pay the expenses for a rental or refund the cost off the diagnostic I had to pay for on a vehicle I just purchased. I'm disappointed in their service & dishonesty. I will never purchase from them again & spread the word that they're selling lemons to hardworking citizens. Now I have no vehicle & my money has gone down the drain & I have to purchase another vehicle. Worst service I've ever received from a car dealership. More

Lemon Dealer Worst experience ever, after purchasing a vehicle it has been in the shop 15 out of the 1st 30 days with a price tag of close to 3000.00 to fix. Broken Alternator, Endless Migraine Purchased a used 2003 Buick Century a few months ago. Made it a five miles on the highway and the dashboard stopped working completely. Made it back to the shop and waited 3-4 hours as they checked it out. Was told it was fine and tried driving home to Hillsborough, North Carolina. The power in the car started to die, the dashboard started to act up again, and the car made screeching noises. A new mechanic the next day told us the alternator was shot and needed to be replaced. I called Triad and they told me if I brought it back with a alternator they would replace it for free. Its been over a month and I could not afford a alternator and the car is just sitting in my driveway as a embarrassment. More
