Very unhappy about the service I have gotten from Ford Service. They claim to be the best and they can't figure out what is wrong with my car... I have brought my car to them numerous times about the same Service. They claim to be the best and they can't figure out what is wrong with my car... I have brought my car to them numerous times about the same problem because this is where I bought my car from. Super frustrating to hear "we can't really help you and we just can't figure out what the problem is. I guess you can just go somewhere else." That is horrible customer service. My time and energy has been wasted because nothing is fixed and they obviously don't know what they are doing. Very disappointing. If you claim to have the best techs then figure out whats wrong with my car and fix it. More
