The crew at tri state was very helpful. I took my vehicle in for service due to a recall. They ordered the parts and called as soon as they came in to set up a repair time. I took the car in a few days later for the repair that was going to take around three hours. I normally would have had my wife pick me up but she had broken her ankle a couple of days earlier. I asked if there was any way I could get a ride home because I didn’t want to leave her alone because of her ankle. They not only got me home but delivered my car back to me when it was finished. Outstanding service! More

My van wouldn't start so after I got it jump started. I headed to the dealer to get the battery checked. No appointment, I just pulled in.
