Purchased a 2023 Renegade from Tri State without ever visiting the dealership. I live in Alabama, and Dana was fantastic in walking me through the purchase details and sharing photos and condition of the visiting the dealership. My car buying experience was smoothly and painless. I called up to inquire about a 2014 Chevy Spark they had in the used car lot. It was early in the morning when I called. I told them I would be driving up from Kansas City, Missouri. The sales team they woud have the car ready for me when I arrived later in the afternoon. When I arrived it was out front ready for a test drive. After my test drive the sales team answered all my questions I had of the car. They were able to show me all the bells and whistles the car had as well. The car buying experience went smoothly. I had a no hassle buying experience. Buying a car was easy and painless.
