REPLACEMENT KEYS They got me a new key fob and reprogramed my old fob, and cut new keys. They got this done quickly and correctly with no problems. Disappointing. The service staff is wonderful and always very pleasant. However, this is the second time I have had to come in for this problem. My air conditionin The service staff is wonderful and always very pleasant. However, this is the second time I have had to come in for this problem. My air conditioning does not blow cool air. Last summer -- same problem. I took it to the center last year and I am told they put freon in it. This year I again had no cool air. I took it in this week and now they tell me there is a leak in the line. Why didn't they look for the problem last year, then I would not have had the problem this summer? More
