Ken Holt was Excellent, But Ross and the Sales Manager Todd Hello I'm Ray we stopped by your dealership Saturday. August 27,2016. Around 11:30 am. I was heading to Solomon in Brownsville .to purchase a new Dod Hello I'm Ray we stopped by your dealership Saturday. August 27,2016. Around 11:30 am. I was heading to Solomon in Brownsville .to purchase a new Dodge.but Friday night .I was on your website and seen a Dodge RAM . So I decided to text.but you were closed. And I opted out of the text. Saturday morning I received a call from Ross. He said they had a Dodge there for $25,000. I Told Ross to send me pics of it. And if it's nice I'll stop by on my way to Solomon. Well Ross sent me pics of 2014 RAM for almost $28,000. And then sent ones just like the big horn, same color and just 1 had chrome bumpers and the other was painted white....well I get there speak with Ken Holt . who was very Professional and great to me and my Fiancee, Through our whole Experience. So I take the 2014 big horn for a ride and think it's $25,000 but when we get back Ross tells Ken Holt it's a mistake and it's almost $28,000 , So I'm Furious.....Ken says He will talk to the manager. Todd.Todd comes over and tells us briefly that sorry but numbers are numbers and oh well ....So we left. And I lost the truck at Solomon because I stopped there. But I did by a used Dodge from C Harper....they gave me $11,500 for my trade and Todd only wanted to give me $9,200. Needless to say I got 2 calls today 1from sales .And 1 from sales manager . who hung up on me when I told him I went to C Harper. I own a construction company and work from Greensburg, to Morgantown, and I know alot of people looking for vehicles. And I will tell everyone that ask me where to get a truck to go to C Harper. What's sad is I told them if they would come down a little we would buy it . but Todd say oh well go to Solomon . then he had the guts to call me today. Like I said I'm local and very disappointed in your sales manager Todd's attitude but it was Saturday. But I'll never come back there and I will tell everyone who ask me where to get a truck. Or car and it won't be Day cenntennial .in Uniontown..I promise...but lastly. Ken Holt was very Professional and tried to make things RIGHT ...BUT. ABOUT $2000 COST YOUR CARLOT THE LOSS OF ALOT OF CUSTOMERS...AGAIN Ken Holt ...was great ..... More
Terrible I left my car to have scratches repaired and when I went to pick up the car half of them were still there causing me to go another day without a car!! I live just over the state line from the dealership and saw what I wanted on I am very happy with my purchase and the service I got from Jim Tesauro. I live just over the state line from the dealership and saw what I wanted on their website. My sister and I drove 40 minutes to look at this vehicle and ended up driving home with it. Jim was not pushy and answered all my questions. He was just a down right nice guy! I felt very comfortable dealing with him. Jim called me a few days later to make sure I was still loving my purchase. The finance guy, Nate, was great as well. I got a great deal on my vehicle and I would definitely buy another vehicle from Jim and the dealership! More
Very pleasant experience I went to Centennial Chevrolet to trade my 2014 Jaguar XF for a 2016 Chevrolet Corvette. They were one of the dealers who had the car I was looking fo I went to Centennial Chevrolet to trade my 2014 Jaguar XF for a 2016 Chevrolet Corvette. They were one of the dealers who had the car I was looking for and I did my research on the value of my trade and this new car that I was looking to purchase. I am not going to say that I got better then what I had expected but the offer they made was more then fair. My salesperson Jim Tesauro was a total gentleman and very professional and I would gladly recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a new Chevrolet. Their sales manager Todd and credit manager Nate were also very kind and professional. I had a very pleasant experience at Centennial Chevrolet and it was well worth the hour drive to their dealership. I would gladly give Centennial Chevrolet an outstanding rating for my purchasing experience. More

Buying process was ok. But service.... What a nightmare Buying process wasn't bad. Jim Childs worked the best deal he could for me and overall was a good experience. Year and a half later had a wheel come off after a standard oil change and tire rotation. Things happen I understand, but nothing was done to show empathy or make it right and all the while never received even an apology. Truck still does not feel right and I know I'm fighting a losing battle with GM and Centennial so just considering it a loss. A big 50,000$ loss. Do not recommend centennial for absolutely anything. More
