We had one issue with a new 2012 Ford Edge, Wind Noise around the doors. We were told that is would not be an issue and were assured by several sales associates that it would be corrected. I advised Tri-Lakes, by email, that I was intested in purchasing a new Jeep. Cory responded following morning with a phone call to me. I told Cory if he could beat the other dealers price, I would try to do some business with him. Cory called me back within an hour, giving me a price quote, which was below the other dealers price. I told Cory I would buy the car from Tri-Lakes. My wife and I met Cory the following day at Tri-Lakes and signed the order for a new Jeep, which had to be ordered. The Jeep was delivered to Tri-Lakes on 10/08/12, and we picked the vehicle up on 10/09/12. Our business association with Cory was excellent, as he is 'people person', very friendly, upbeat, and took care of business in a professionsl manner.
