Logan was the reason I purchased a car from TriLakes!! My husband and I started a search in January of this year. I searched on line and begin chatting with TriLakes. Then one day Login called. My husband was on a walker and we had special needs for a vehicle. Login worked very hard trying to find us a car. We came out and the car was too low; then next time my husband had to go home, suddenly. Snows came, then ice followed. Days turned into weeks and months. Then my husband passed away, suddenly. My car needs changed. I went back to the computer just to look around. I found a beautiful RED car. My son called Logan and after agreeing to look at the car and drive it, Logan said he would have it pulled up for me. It sure did rain, but neither snow, ice, or rain hinders the very best car salesperson. I bought the car,;however, because of Logan caring about us and continuing to call us during the months, sometimes twice a week, I purchased the car from him. I promised Login when I was ready to buy a car I would definitely buy from him and I did. I would advise anyone wanting to purchase a car to come see Logan and Cory!!! More

Easy deal I went into this transaction saying "if rather get a root canal" and left saying "I'd deal with them over and over again". Definitely left as friends. It was a saturday and I thought no one would be able to look at my car because it was a weekend and I would be stuck in Branson. took my car to Tri state and they put it right in the shop. The only tech working was a Chrysler tech. and he said the alternater was starting to fail and I probably would not make it home if not fixed. They ordered a new alternater from Oreilly,s to save me some money and replaced the belt while at it. The service was awesome and I believe the price was fair. So glad they went out of their way to help a tourist, not many dealers would be so caring. More
Broke Down In Missouri On a recent trip to Branson to watch my son playing the NAIA Men's Basketball tournament our car started to act up. By the time we reached our motel it wanted to stall out. The next day we drove to the dealership to see if we could get it in. Explaining our situation the service department got us right in. I could tell they were busy, so I was surprised how fast they got the SUV in the bay. We were given updates and asked if we needed anything at least three times. 5 hours later the SUV was fixed. When we went to make the payment we were told that because they took so long they were giving us 10% off our bill. WOW!!! While we were there a while I thought they did the job in a very timely manor. I would like to thank the people of Tri-Lakes for making what could have been a bad week a wonderful experience. The people are friendly and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone I know. I wish I could remember the people I dealt with but I can't. But from what I saw everyone there are great people. More

A fun day at Ford Having just moved to Branson, I was trying to decide if I should trade my Edge AWD for an Escape 4WD. I live in a very "mountainous" area and was bein Having just moved to Branson, I was trying to decide if I should trade my Edge AWD for an Escape 4WD. I live in a very "mountainous" area and was being advised I might need 4WD. I loved the Edge (my 4th one), but bit the bullet and went to test drive an Escape. My salesman was Will Bauer. I had my Yorkie with me and she was invited to come along for the ride. It turns out Tri-Lakes is great with pets as well as people. When I went back to trade my Edge, I met Cory Bunger, the finance manager. It was an afternoon full of intrigue ( a repossession was in progress) and fun. Both young men are the age of my grandson, but I never felt I didn't belong in the midst of the conversation. Having said that, Will and Cory were very professional and completed my purchase in a timely manner. I trade cars quite often and when I feel the urge to own another Edge, I will go visit Tri-Lakes because of these two young men. Will and Cory, you made the day before my 72nd birthday a hoot. More
