Great trade experience! We had gotten our 2011 Sonata from Cory B. back in 2012, and I still had the emails we exchanged, back then. I mentioned we might like something just a little smaller, but still 4 door. Cory and Will aided us in checking out cars... The Cruz was ok, as was the Corolla and a Nissan...but Cory suggested that he had a 2013 Elantra he thought we might like... just a bit smaller than the Sonata, but very much the same... just much more 'up-to-date.' One drive and we were sold. Felt so at home... just a bit smaller, but everything else was so comfortable. He listened, he responded, we could not be happier! Took about 3 hours from start to finish, but the experience was better than most, and I have been buying cars for over 55 years. The real kicker was the next day when they called and said there was a recall on the vehicle - and they drove 57 miles to my home, left us a loaner vehicle, and took the truck back to get the recall item corrected. That was above and beyond to me. We had bought another car form them about 18 months earlier, and that was a good, but not excellent experience because it took nearly 5 hours before all the paperwork was done. This time, they were excellent! More
