The experience was great. This was our 5th new vehicle we have bought from Tri Lakes. We have used Ted Rantz for all but 1. We live in the Tulsa OK area and it has been well worth our time to make the trip to Branson. We worked out our trade difference with Ted using texts and a phone call. When we agreed on a trade difference we scheduled and appointment the next day. When we arrived the new vehicle and paperwork were ready. We had everything completed and were out of the dealership in about 30 minutes. Ted paired our phones and set up Ford Pass for the new vehicle. More
