I wasn't planning to buy a truck the day that I stopped in to look at one that had caught my eye as I passed by the dealership, but once I drove in and looked at the one I was interested in, I noticed righ in to look at one that had caught my eye as I passed by the dealership, but once I drove in and looked at the one I was interested in, I noticed right away that I didn't get swarmed by salespeople trying to sell me on whatever they could. I looked around on my own and after seeing a couple that I was interested in, I went inside and was greeted by a really nice salesman named Tom, who first, learned what my needs were in a truck, then answered all of my questions I had. Once he saw what I was going to be using the truck for, he steered me to a RAM truck that I liked, that was priced less than the first one I was looking at because the towing capabilities were better and it overall suited my needs better. He clearly had the opportunity to make more money on the deal, but the customer's long-term experience was more important and offered me something that was better for me, plus I ended up liking the other one even better for me. The qualification and financing process with Carol was fast and friendly and I can say, the whole experience was one of the best auto buying experiences I've had. I'd recommend getting your next truck from Tri-Lakes Motors for sure. Thanks! More
