Curtis, my salesman, was very prompt and helpful, immediately giving me options within my parameters. Within a few days, I was leaving the lot in a 2024 Ford Escape. The whole team, Bobby and Curtis especially, did everything they could for me to make this deal smooth. When we agreed on a trade difference we scheduled and appointment the next day. When we arrived the new vehicle and paperwork were ready. We had everything completed and were out of the dealership in about 30 minutes. Ted paired our phones and set up Ford Pass for the new vehicle. More
