This is my second time at this dealership and again it was a pleasure. The folks here are natural, friendly and courteous. They are knowledgeable and thorough but there is no pressure whatsoever. Tri Lakes turned a bad situation into a good one when my 2013 Fusion broke down! I was in town on a trip when my transmission went out. Bobby was very helpful in diagnosing the problem, ultimately leading t 2013 Fusion broke down! I was in town on a trip when my transmission went out. Bobby was very helpful in diagnosing the problem, ultimately leading to my decision to look at a new vehicle rather than repair my current vehicle. Curtis, my salesman, was very prompt and helpful, immediately giving me options within my parameters. Within a few days, I was leaving the lot in a 2024 Ford Escape. The whole team, Bobby and Curtis especially, did everything they could for me to make this deal smooth. I could've looked at dealers closer to home (2 hours away) but their assistance in the beginning ultimately earned them my business with a new car sale! More

We live in the Tulsa OK area and it has been well worth our time to make the trip to Branson. We worked out our trade difference with Ted using texts and a phone call. When we agreed on a trade difference we scheduled and appointment the next day. When we arrived the new vehicle and paperwork were ready. We had everything completed and were out of the dealership in about 30 minutes. Ted paired our phones and set up Ford Pass for the new vehicle. More
