I had a terrific experience leasing my new vehicle at this dealership. My salesperson was friendly, knowledgable, and honest. The sales manager was also very accommodating. The service department did a wonderful job getting the vehicle detailed and ready for me to drive. The experience was easier than any other I have had in the past. I love my new vehicle, and I received a deal that was more than fair. More
We visited the dealership with the intention of finding a car for my daughter. When we arrived we were greeted by Izzi Soto. We found him to be courteous, knowledgeable and generous with his time. He supplied car for my daughter. When we arrived we were greeted by Izzi Soto. We found him to be courteous, knowledgeable and generous with his time. He supplied the information we wished and only gave us his opinion when we asked. He knew the inventory and was able to quickly find the information on each car; comparing them. We literally took up hours of his time; even past the closing time for the dealership. He even took the time to show us around the dealership especially the service area, with an obvious feeling of pride. At no time did we feel "pressured". Mr. Soto is a true professional. Judging from what I saw of the other Tri County employees, I can only say they are exemplary. Prior to visiting Tri County, we stopped by several other dealerships and nowhere did we receive the positive insightful help we experienced at tri County. We were so impressed, we bought two cars. I have tried to contact Tri County twice asking about the recall and was placed in a phone holding que. I never received a call back or have not recieved a letter about the recall even after several weeks. recall and was placed in a phone holding que. I never received a call back or have not recieved a letter about the recall even after several weeks. Yet, they were able to send out a letter marked "Urgent" dupping people into thinking it was a recall notice but the notice was not about the recall but about a 1 day "Previous Customer Event". To me, this is a slap in the face to all their customers. Using the recall as an excuse to send a letter announcing a sale when people are waiting to hear about a dangerous situation with their Toyota is excusable. Never Again! I'm going back to Honda More
There were so many things that I'd overlooked in prior visits to this business that I could write a novel here. My final visit (the straw that broke the camel's back) involved seeking the making good on some poor work for not one but several problems they caused when I had my car in for service. I was not in any way abusive or even confrontational while doing this (guess I should have been). In short, I was told twice that I would receive a call from an on-duty manager who was too busy to talk to me in each instance where I called them. This did not happen, and when I sent a certified letter to the service manager for help, explaining that the team managers had apparently been too busy over the span of the prior two weeks to call me back, I discovered that he too never bothered to contact me. Clearly, no one cares - I never even got to tell the first two guys why I was calling. I've accepted that the damage they caused is permanent now, but so too is the loss of my patronage. I am very happy with my Toyota, but there is no way I will ever buy my next car from here. While I would certainly suggest potential buyers stay away, I should note that they're your typical car dealer (no better or worse)if buying new - for whatever level of, well, sleaze that entails, but I wouldn't take any car there (whether purchased there or not) for service. The mechanics consistently did poor work, and their customer service is - without exception - absolutely terrible. More
I have never been more disappointed in my life at the way I was treated and the complete lie this dealership told me to get me in the store. The add mentions employee pricing. Taking $1,000 off the MSRP i I was treated and the complete lie this dealership told me to get me in the store. The add mentions employee pricing. Taking $1,000 off the MSRP is NOT employee pricing. The manager of slaes informed me via the conversation on the phone that 0.0% financing existed for the 2010 4Runner. I specifically asked you that question. The gentlemen last night went out of his way to tell me there was no way that was possible. I understood that you did not have any models on the lot yet, for which I can not fault you, however, I wasn’t even shown a picture of what they look like. Your group completely wasted my time. The only positive was that the gentleman at the front desk was courteous. More
I bought my new Prius here and continue to bring it in for service. So far I've had no problems with the service, albeit it's a new car and has not needed anything other than an oil change. Though durin for service. So far I've had no problems with the service, albeit it's a new car and has not needed anything other than an oil change. Though during one of my maintenance checks, they found a defect in my tire and replaced it for free. I had no idea there was anything wrong with my tire when I brought it in. I like the convenience of Saturday hours and being able to wait for my car to be worked on if necessary. As for the sales experience. Well, they're salesmen. We went through the dance you have to go through whenever you buy a car from a dealership (e.g. "let me talk to my sales manager", but the bottom line was, I let them know I was prepared to walk away if I didn't get the deal I wanted and ultimately ended up with the deal I wanted. My review would probably be different if I had had a negative experience, so thus far I have been satisfied. More
Warning. Check any service you get done. I noticed I was charged for fluids topped any found they did nothing. Went back and watched them fill it. No apologizes or excuses. This has been building for a long time. I've serviced two cars at Tri-County for years. Over time, they've morphed their service department into a large operation that is there solely to milk as much money o cars at Tri-County for years. Over time, they've morphed their service department into a large operation that is there solely to milk as much money out of you as possible. No thought about long term customer satisfaction or standing behind the product put out by Toyota. In the past I've remained loyal as they botched major repairs, recommended service that was inappropriate, and over charged for things. But no more, enough is enough. The service writers that have been there the longest are the worst, and management provides lip service, with no hope of truly changing the operation. Bottom line is that pretty much any other service option would be better. Taking a car to this dealer will cost you a great deal of cash and will probably shorten the life of the vehicle. More
