Did not tighten the oil filter after replacement. leaking oil all over the garage floor. Back to the dealer. 2. Find oil all the floor again, back to the dealer, this time they forgot to replace the oil cap. Dealer held the car over night. 3. Went back to pick the car up I asked the manager to check under the car for any leaks he said we can put on the lift and I could check. They put it on lift call me over I’m looking and see that the skid plate is missing they have no idea where it is, we found it at the last bay where it was serviced. Extremely disappointed with the service team at Tri County Toyota! I can’t understand how this team could screw up an oil change so bad but they did. 1st oil change 7600 miles on my RAV4, took it in for its one year service. Lost time from work, now the car smells of burnt oil from the oil on the engine. Still dripping oil. Sincerely, Charles More
Steve Landis was my sales rep for the purchase of my 2023 Rav4 Prime in November of 2023. Steve was GREAT to work with. He was extremely responsive to my questions and got me answers in a timely manner. He made the whole process of purchasing my Prime easy, painless and stress-free. NO pressure to purchase add-ons. NO market adjustment to the price for a RAV4 Prime which at the time was almost unheard of at other dealerships.. He REALLY stepped up a few days before delivery when an issue came up that could have prevented the sale. Instead he came up with a solution that worked for all concerned. The next time I purchase a Toyota I will be contacting Steve Landis. More

Co purchase program. I felt welcomed from the first day I walked into the dealership. The receptionist sent me to Misohn Coppock, concerned salesman. Couldn’t have been luckier. He helped me find the Highlander I wanted even though it wasn’t currently available. We discussed what I wanted and he found similar Highlanders but not the perfect car at first. But after multiple emails and texts Misohn removed and added accessories for me until I was fully happy. Before I drove away with my new car, Misohn set it up so I didn’t need to struggle through the process. He was a wizard at the process. And as I was about to depart on an hour trip back home, he offered to stay in contact with me for any questions that come up. I feel like Misohn will always be in my corner. My experience with Tri County will continue as long as I have a Toyota! More

From beginning to end, our salesman Tom Sivco was congenial, transparent and honest. My elderly father said this was the best experience he has ever had a buying a car. Our family will look no farther when we are in the market for our next automobile. P.S. Ask for Tom! More
In October I purchased a pre-owned 2022 Venza from out of state, as I had done for three previous vehicles. However, this was the first time I was disappointed in doing so. Did I get a quality vehicle? Over state, as I had done for three previous vehicles. However, this was the first time I was disappointed in doing so. Did I get a quality vehicle? Overall, yes. Did I receive full honesty and integrity regarding the information that I requested prior to the purchase? I have to say no! When I flew to PA and picked up the car I did a walk around viewing, but I should have looked closer. In my previous experiences buying a vehicle online I received pictures of any/all imperfections both inside and outside of the vehicle. Upon a full inspection after I got home to Virginia with this vehicle I found that the exterior was not quite in the "pristine condition" that I was led to believe via emails, texts, and phone calls and that I had seen in the pictures that I had requested. This time I found several significant nicks and a dented front bumper cover that shows clearly under direct lighting. Other details that I have had to pursue after the purchase include; 1. Low Washer Fluid warning light that came on as I drove the vehicle home; 2. There was no front license plate bracket on the car when I picked up the vehicle with a temporary plate; I had to make multiple requests after I got home before I finally received one in the mail from Amazon; 3. The Toyota Integrated Dashcam still cannot be used because the password was not reset. When I inquired about it I was told they cannot send me the present password in order for me to reset it - I will need to go to a Toyota dealer service department. This should have been taken care of before the sale. After a purchase of nearly 40K I fully expected a followup call or email from the dealership; to date there has been no followup communication. In my life I don't believe that I have ever given a one star rating before this experience, but regretably I do not feel that this one deserves a higher rating. My best advice to online buyers at Tri County Toyota is BUYER BEWARE!!!! Be very specific with your questions and then ask again, and then again. More
Brought used 4runner among other problems the right front fender flare was not in the clips they said the would take of it had to drop off because they said the might have to replace flare. Drop vehicle off fender flare was not in the clips they said the would take of it had to drop off because they said the might have to replace flare. Drop vehicle off got call at end of the day left message on wife phone that the flare will need a couple of day in the sun to mold back properly pick it up in the dark. The next I looked at the flare and seen the but double sided tape on the fender to hold the flare on, call to complain about the backyard mechanic fix and was told that was a good proper fix. Called back to talk to general sales manager explained my problem he said he would look into it, he called back and that it was a quality repair and the double side tape was them going over and beyond to do it better, I asked that's what he was sticking and he said yes. Had 2 body shops look at and couldn't believe that was their idea of quality work. They also but my wife's name down wrong on the paper and did nothing about that so I have to pay a notary to fix their mistake. Will never give them any busy ever again would not recommend them to anyone. There more disrespect that I got from everyone I talk to after the sale but would way to long to type. More
Very disappointed with service experience here. Beware of their tactics! They boast a “loyalty” program and earning points for servicing your purchased vehicle here. It’s all BS, especially when yo Beware of their tactics! They boast a “loyalty” program and earning points for servicing your purchased vehicle here. It’s all BS, especially when you consider their attempts to sell you things you don’t need and charge you for services you explicitly asked them to NOT perform! Brought vehicle in for free courtesy state inspection for buying vehicle at Tri County Toyota. Stated very firmly that emissions testing is NOT required in my home county (Schuylkill). When vehicle service completed, informed of a $32 balance due. This was for the emissions test! When I pointed it out, service advisor stated that they were required to do it because their dealership is located in a county that requires it. NONSENSE! I have lived in Schuylkill County since 1989, serviced my vehicles in Dauphin, Luzurne, and Berks Counties and have never needed an emissions test or sticker. Checked to see if the law changed and it has not. In addition, advisor gave me a line of crap that we’d be more susceptible to be stopped by police in Berks County without the emissions sticker. MORE CRAP! My wife has been commuting from Schuylkill to Berks county for work 5 days a week since 2005 and never once was stopped by police because of lack of an emissions sticker. I reluctantly agreed to pay the $32 and stated I would research up to date info on this topic. If I found that emissions testing is still not required in my home county, I would be posting my negative experience on review sites. This wasn’t enough for them to rectify the $32 charge. So Tri County has now lost a future sales and service customer (what good is your loyalty program if you aren’t treating me fairly?) and I will be influencing potential future business with my post. Sure hope it was worth the $32 to Tri County Toyota. More
