Brought my car in for a quick oil change... Was greeted bi Gene upon arrival... He then escorted me to my service person Nancy... I HAVE BEEN A LEXUS OWNER FOR THE LAST 11 YEARS. I PRESENTLY HAVE AN RX350, I LIVE IN MANHATTAN BUT I TRAVEL THE 4 STATE AREA FOR BUSINESS. LAST WEEK WHILE TRAVELING TO PARSIPPANY NJ I REALIZED THAT I PRESENTLY HAVE AN RX350, I LIVE IN MANHATTAN BUT I TRAVEL THE 4 STATE AREA FOR BUSINESS. LAST WEEK WHILE TRAVELING TO PARSIPPANY NJ I REALIZED THAT I WAS DUE FOR A 15000 MILE SERVICE AND HAD A RECALL NOTICE ON MY VEHICLE. I FOUND TRI COUNTY LEXUS ON RT 46 AND DECIDED TO STOP AND SEE IF I COULD GET SERVICE AS I DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. UPON ENTERING THE SERVICE AREA I WAS GREETED BY GENE WHO WELCOMED ME IN A MOST PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I EXPLAINED THAT I DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT BUT THAT I NEEDED SERVICE AND THATS WHEN GENE WENT INTO ACTION!!MY CAR WAS CHECKED IN IMMEDIATELY AND I WAS BEING HELPED BY A SERVICE ADVISOR IN A MATTER OF 4 MINUTES. AFTER SEEING THE ADVISOR I WAS ESCORTED INTO THE LOUNGE AND ASSURED BY GENE THAT HE WOULD KEEP ME UPDATED ON THE STATUS OF MY SERVICE. GENE AND STEVE KEEPT ME TOTALLY UP TO DATE AND THE CAR WAS FINISHED 20 MINUTES AHEAD OF TIME. I FELT LIKE I WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT CUSTOMER IN THE DEALERSHIP. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO GOOD NOR WITH SUCH PROFESSIONALISM BY ANY OTHER DEALER. GREAT JOB GENE AND STEVE, YOU HAVE MADE ME A CUSTOMER FOREVER, I WILL DRIVE THE EXTRA 30 MINUTES TO HAVE SERVICE FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP!! I went to the dealer to get an estimate on my Father Lexus. He had receently passed away. The salesman Alex Leyden was so kind & friendly to me. I was in the market for a new lease and happened to go to LEXUS on RT 10 in East Hanover. Once there I looked around for about 15 minutes without 1 salesperson asking me if I needed help. I am a young lady (minority) and often times feel over looked in high end places. Needless to say that experience almost soured me to LEXUS, but I decided to try one more dealership, Tri County Lexus. Upon walking into the establishment I was immediately greeted by an extremely friendly front desk associate named Dulce. Then almost immediately I was approached by the Salesman Chris; Chris explained all the features the car had to offer and made me feel very comfortable and appreciated. Once the deal was complete Nick Bellomo introduced himself to me and answered any other questions I had. Nick, a manager, went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed even as small as connecting the bluetooth feature. Tri County LEXUS is by far the most professional delearship I have dealt with in my 20+ years leasing cars. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market and will be a customer of theirs for years to come! More
After dealing with 2 other area Lexus dealers, Tri-County Lexus was outstanding and exceptional throught out my entire buying experience. From the receptionist at the front desk to my sales associate Linda a Lexus was outstanding and exceptional throught out my entire buying experience. From the receptionist at the front desk to my sales associate Linda and showroom manager Nick, everyone was just so amazing...what an asset to the Lexus team! Yes, like buying a car at any dealer we went back and forth a bit with the price, but it was very honest and straight forward. I know some people often like to bad mouth dealers during their car buying experience but this was truly a fantastic process. Tri-County worked effortlessly searching for the 2011 IS 350c that I really desired and didnt give up till they found it. I can't thank them enough for my great buying experince and suggest to everyone in search of a new or used car to give them a chance. More
Where to begin... Well, we saw an IS 250 that met our criteria online at Tri county Lexus (or so we thought). We live 5 hours away, so through emails and phone conversations, we wanted to make sure there criteria online at Tri county Lexus (or so we thought). We live 5 hours away, so through emails and phone conversations, we wanted to make sure there was going to be high chance we were going to purchase. 1) We Get there, the car isn't on the lot, and the sales man can not find it!! 2) Through conversation, it was communicated the car was in (EXCELLENT) condition, the car had deep scratches on the back bumper and rear panel. 3) This blew my mind, the car is advertised as a cerified car, the rear tires didn't pass certification requirements, and required replacement. Camillo wanted to charge me for new tires!!!! 4) There was no movement on the sales price, not a penny!! At this point, were getting extremely frustrated with this experience and now the fun begins... Even after the issues mentioned we were still making the decision to buy the car, until this, even though were not very happy with the price given the above experience. So we sat down with dominick to write up the contract, and as were going through the process, get this, They tried to add over $3,000 dollars of additional fees!!! I just about had a heart attack!! They tried to pass along advertisement costs, the certification fee, and a delivery fee!!! Where are they delivering the car to??? Adding up to over 3k!! I was in shock, my wife and I stood up and left, couldn't believe it. On a good note, on the way back to upstate NY, we decideed to stop at Warnock Lexus, only 13 miles away from Tri County lexus, found the identical car, but in truly excellent condition, wonderful experience, very professional, worked with John and bought a car. Not to mention, for about $2,500 less.. I would HIGHLY RECOMNEND WARNOCK Lexus, and warn anyone to stay away from Tri County Lexus, They give car sales professionals a bad name and really are very poor representitives for the car company Lexus. I brought my car in for service, my car was returned to me with an unexplained additional 60 miles, dirty inside and outisde, and an empty gas tank. Bottom line, my car was driven around, eaten in and returned to me without being cleaned or examined by the service advisor. More

Avoid this dealer. After we had agreed on a price for a car they tried to add on additional fees/expenses. I refused to pay the additional fees and bought the same car from another dealer. When I asked Tri car they tried to add on additional fees/expenses. I refused to pay the additional fees and bought the same car from another dealer. When I asked Tri-County to return what they had said would be a refundable $500 deposit they initially refused. I had to contact my credit card company, DealerRater and Lexus customer care before Tri-County finally agreed to return my deposit. The salesmen and sales managers were impossible to get on the phone and wouldn't return my phone calls throughout the entire process. The employees at Tri-County exhibited all those qualities that give car salesmen such a bad reputation. More

Justin was great as he made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. From the initial meet and greet to the test drive to the negotiation, he made it easy! He was very knowledgable about the product itself as well as the warranties. The dealership itself was top-notch and had a friendly, positive energy to it! Everybody was so polite, from the managers to the salesman and even down to the girl at reception, we were made to feel like family. I would recommend this dealership and especially Justin, to anyone who is in the market for a preowned Lexus. A+ accross the board! Thank you Justin and Tri-County Lexus! More
