The dealership and salesperson (Michael Falduti) were honest and open. If he was unable to answer a question, he went to his manager and immediately got us an answer. I also appreciate Mr. Grossberg's efforts in retrieving some personal items I left in my old vehicle. He took my requirements to his Sales Mgr (Rudy T) and they returned to discuss my request. After some negotiating, Rudy accepted my offering. Both individuals were pleasant to deal with and I never felt pressuring. The overall experience was very good; we went home with a new car. This my third lease of a Lexus from Tri-County and may have been my best experience to date. More
