Over the last 25 yrs. we have bought ford products and have been very happy with them. Taurus which have been a dream and ran very well with just routine maintenance service. However the Fiesta has been a major disappointment. Too many problems and the last six months three recalls which called for removal of the transmission so clutch could be replaced, motor mount on one side and bearings very. Noisy and it slipped while taking off. I just did not feel safe while in the car while my grandkids were in it. However, Chip the car salesperson and the service department could not have been nicer and that is the only reason we came back for another try at a ford product. More

"In and Out" I worked with Mark Monroe over the phone and via email. He was very prompt in getting me answers and basically settle on a price, sight unseen. Learned to be open minded Went in to buy a Green car and it's no secret that there's no profit, however Manny/Bo/Gary treated me like I was buying a $ 60,000 Platinum.
