Highly recommend Tri-County Ford Service I was in the Louisville, KY area on business when by Ford F-150 truck needed service. I took my truck to Tri-County Ford to have it checked out. They looked at it and test drove it for an hour without finding a problem. They did not charge me! They could have taken advantage of me and my situation but instead displayed great customer service and honesty. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

I told him exactly what I was looking for. He gave me a couple of options. I picked what I liked, and they made should I could drive off the lot in that vehicle. There was no pressure. Tri-County was actually the second place I visited that day. The first dealer in the town I live in didn't seem interested in getting me in the car that made me happy. They were more interested in getting rid of the cars that would make themselves look better. Tri-County will definitely be the first place I go next time I purchase a car. More

The dealership provided a shuttle to pick me up from a point about 45 miles away, which was convenient for me. More
