AWESOME CUSTOMER SUPPORT Bo Gilkison went above and beyond in our experience of purchasing a new truck. My husband was in a wreck and had a serious concussion and wasn't able Bo Gilkison went above and beyond in our experience of purchasing a new truck. My husband was in a wreck and had a serious concussion and wasn't able to drive. We were ready to purchase a truck but we really didn't have any way to get it home and was on a strict timeline with a rental. Bo offered to come to our house 30 mins. away and pick us up and bring us back to the dealership to sign the papers and pick up the new truck. You don't see this kind of customer service much anymore. We really appreciate that he respected our time and got us in and out with no hassle. I explained to him that I had to be back for a Relay for Life meeting as County Chair and the dealership even gave me a donation :) He is A #1 in our book and the dealership has a great selection as well! Thank you Bo Gilkison and Tri-County Ford for making what is usually an unpleasant experience a good one! More

So glad I went to Tri-County Ford for my beautiful new Flex. I contacted Tri-County Ford, about leasing a 2017 Ford Flex. They promised to check on available cars, and get back to me. They made good on that prom I contacted Tri-County Ford, about leasing a 2017 Ford Flex. They promised to check on available cars, and get back to me. They made good on that promise, and I then decided to go take a look at a Flex Limited on their lot. I made an appointment, the dealership even called with a reminder, and they had all the paperwork waiting for me. My sales associate was Stan Grzebinski, and he was very knowledgeable about the Flex. He took me out for a test drive, answered all my questions, and worked out a deal both my husband and I felt comfortable with. All in all, a very nice car buying experience, and the Flex is spectacular! Thanks Stan. More

What has happened to this place? They damaged my wheel in service, the service advisor was polite and worked with me to get it fixed. The service manager was completely inappropriate, They damaged my wheel in service, the service advisor was polite and worked with me to get it fixed. The service manager was completely inappropriate, and neglected to fix the issue. Was told to speak to owner to get the issue fixed. Waiting on rim to come in so they can fix my truck. BAD service manager, advisor was more than polite and willing to work with me however. If it wasn't for Rob Truesdell I wouldn't be coming back. Lost a lot of faith in Tri County Ford's management. More
