Excellent experience in leasing a car with this dealership. Shelia was awesome to work with and made the leasing process easy and straight forward. Overall this dealership is far better then other Subaru dealership I visited while vetting this process. More
Aug 7 identified car of interest at this dealership, contacted and drove (2 hrs each way) to examine and test drive on Aug 11. Car satisfactory, wrote a deposit check and ordered a dealer add-on. Was notified Aug 13 that car was [[finished and ready to move forward] My reply indicated a loan fell through but that would let dealer find financing or I would arrange to pay cash on Wednesday Aug 17. Heard nothing from dealership Tuesday Aug 16. Arrived at dealer 10:30 am prepared to take delivery, financing or cash as applicable, only to find that car was NOT ready and that dealer had made only a single attempt to secure financing with negative result but had not conveyed that information by close of business Tuesday Aug 16. We cancelled purchase, requested our deposit check back. Request denied, (Matt Dugal) as dealer had deposited check Friday Aug 12 instead of retaining until payment/delivery. Was informed that an electronic transfer to a routing and account number would not be possible (?!), and not given a check because informed our check had not cleared. (Check cleared my bank Monday Aug 15). I demanded today after checking this clearance that a check be mailed to me today's date. No response 3 hours later Issues include but not limited to: Misinformation car was finished, costing us another 4 hours driving -- there would not be a third trip -- and had Monday and Tuesday to finish before my announced visit Laziness in checking only a single financing source and not advising me result after 2 days ending close of business Aug 16 from my Saturday message Impropriety compared to other dealerships in depositing and not holding deposit check/funds Incompetence in not identifying that check had cleared my bank 2 days prior leading to possible fraud by refusal to return deposit in a timely manner or absorb cost in sending check overnight. Car has been relisted, and if reduced in price I would just omit dealer add on and purchase for cash -- but in no other circumstances would I elect to do business with this dealer. Refund is still outstanding Aug 18. More

I scheduled an oil change/tire rotation and state inspection for my Subaru Crosstrek. I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours. Because I didn’t want to sit in the waiting area when I could be doing errands I asked if I could have a courtesy car. That request was approved. I set up an appointment for 10 AM. I dropped my car off and picked up the courtesy car at the appointed time. I was actually running errands and was gone for 2 1/2 hours. I thought it was strange that I never got a callback. When I left the dealership at 10 AM my car was in the garage. When I returned at 12:30 my car was in the parking lot. I went into the office to drop off the courtesy car keys and get my keys and pay the bill. I was told that nothing had been done to my car yet. I was floored about that. I dropped the car off to have it serviced and for some reason they thought because I took a courtesy car that they had the car for the entire day. That was not the understanding on my part. I asked if they could at least put an inspection sticker on it. I was told no that they were other cars in front of mine. Total lack of customer service!I have spent a lot of money at Tri-City Subaru. I’m not sure that I will ever go back there again for service. There was absolutely no customer service! More

I drove my last car for 12 years. When I got the news that it wouldn't be reasonable to fix it for inspection I decided to swing by Tri City to get some ideas on car prices. Brian Santos was able to help me an hour before closing time, I put a deposit down on a new crosstrek sport on the same day. Today I picked it up. Beautiful car, very peppy with the 2.5 sport, interior is so polished and clean with the yellow trim and startex upholstery. I am so happy with this car and so grateful to Brian for the great advice and help with all my questions. Thank you again! More

I had a good experience at this dealership! I am loving my used car so far. I noticed immediately after purchase that the AC did not work.
