This is my second time trying to write this review. My first attempt was kicked off. Was it because the review was not favorable? Anyway here it goes again. I scheduled an oil change/tire rotation and state inspection for my Subaru Crosstrek. I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours. Because I didn’t want to sit in the waiting area when I could be doing errands I asked if I could have a courtesy car. That request was approved. I set up an appointment for 10 AM. I dropped my car off and picked up the courtesy car at the appointed time. I was actually running errands and was gone for 2 1/2 hours. I thought it was strange that I never got a callback. When I left the dealership at 10 AM my car was in the garage. When I returned at 12:30 my car was in the parking lot. I went into the office to drop off the courtesy car keys and get my keys and pay the bill. I was told that nothing had been done to my car yet. I was floored about that. I dropped the car off to have it serviced and for some reason they thought because I took a courtesy car that they had the car for the entire day. That was not the understanding on my part. I asked if they could at least put an inspection sticker on it. I was told no that they were other cars in front of mine. Total lack of customer service!I have spent a lot of money at Tri-City Subaru. I’m not sure that I will ever go back there again for service. There was absolutely no customer service! More

I drove my last car for 12 years. When I got the news that it wouldn't be reasonable to fix it for inspection I decided to swing by Tri City to get some ideas on car prices. Brian Santos was able to help me an hour before closing time, I put a deposit down on a new crosstrek sport on the same day. Today I picked it up. Beautiful car, very peppy with the 2.5 sport, interior is so polished and clean with the yellow trim and startex upholstery. I am so happy with this car and so grateful to Brian for the great advice and help with all my questions. Thank you again! More

I had a good experience at this dealership! I am loving my used car so far. I noticed immediately after purchase that the AC did not work. They took it in as soon as they could and fixed it for I am loving my used car so far. I noticed immediately after purchase that the AC did not work.
