I have gone back to the dealership for most of my routine maintenance and have been very happy with their diligence and courtesy. When I get ready to buy my next car, I will go back to this dealer even though it is a 45 minute drive from my house. Their service both before and after the sale has been outstanding. More

I have a 2012 Ford F-150 Platinum that I took in to have a problem with the usb port checked for ipod . When playing ipod through radio usb port sounds like an old record player cracking an popping noise i a problem with the usb port checked for ipod . When playing ipod through radio usb port sounds like an old record player cracking an popping noise in the music. But if ipod is used with the single pin port it sounds fine . So they said I had one blown speaker in right front door so they said they could replace it but they can't find anything wrong with the usb port . So again, we hooked it up on both trips I made over there they also heard the same cracking an popping in radio when hooked through usb port but told me they can't do anything about it cause their tech said "its good" even after they heard it through both ports, one good port an one bad port . So I ask if they could replace the usb port. Then the service mgr an service advisor says well if we do that ford will charge us $300 for that part. So I ask the so called service mgr, Jason McGhee, "ok if it was yours, a $50,000 truck, what would you do about this?" His reply was: "I would just leave it alone." So that was enough for me not to even trust or want them to do anything to nothing of mine. These guys: Jason Mcghee an Josh Odell are service clowns. I don't think they can even pat there A$$E$ with both hand. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPT FOR SURE .... STAY CLEAR OF THIS CIRCUS ACT. I really think the truck's technology was too sophisticated for them to work on. They are scared to work on it cause it was far too advanced for them and they really don't know what to do to get it fixed. I don't see how they make it. I would advise anyone NOT to buy a vehicle from this dealership if you want up to date technological support for your new Ford. You will be very disappointed. More
Check engine light still on in my new car. They had the car for 2 days. I returned 5 minutes after I picked it up and told them it was not fixed. They said I would "need to make an appointment to get it car for 2 days. I returned 5 minutes after I picked it up and told them it was not fixed. They said I would "need to make an appointment to get it repaired." Asked to speak with the General Manager. He wasn't there and never returned my calls. STAY FAR AWAY. Go to Greensboro or Winston Salem for service. This place is Mickey Mouse. More
