However, I plan on working with Dodge to fix the problem. Dodge has been a good company to work with. More
Leasing my 2024 compass was a very pleasant experience! Brock was very helpful and extremely low pressure. He located the car I wanted and the deal was done with no issues. Brock was very helpful and extremely low pressure. He located the car I wanted and the deal was done with no issues. More

I was very greatfull that you guys do walk in oil changes on the weekends. the new facility looked great. the service advisor was very nice and got me in that day for an oil change and tire rotation.. the on the weekends. the new facility looked great. the service advisor was very nice and got me in that day for an oil change and tire rotation.. the only concern I had is even though the paperwork specifically stated that they had "adjusted air pressure in tires, and reprogrammed location of the tire TPM sensor, they did neither. when I got into my work van the dashboard said "low tire pressure rear tires" I didn't think much of it because I have a compressor at home and was very appreciative that they got my van in without a appointment. but once I got home and went to add air to the rear tires I found that they had not been reprogrammed and the rears (which were now in the front) were 20 pounds under the specified amounts (tire states 80 psi and they were set to 60psi). again not a huge deal because I have a compressor, but I reached out to ask about how to properly program them and about the discrepancy of PSI (for a moment I got concerned that maybe they intentionally have different psi on front versus rear) so I reached out to the service advisor I had been dealing with and his response was "let me check with my tech" that was 2 weeks ago. I was a service advisor 25+ years ago, and I get it, they are busy and people are constantly rude to them, which is something I would never do to someone, however I kind of expected some acknowledgement to the situation and an offer to reprogram it for me (I would have turned it down and said wait till next visit because I have 4 company vehicles and swinging back in for programming isn't something I would have done at this time, I would have waited). but it is what it is. I WILL definitely return for future work since it is very convenient to have these services on the weekend, and I was NOT mistreated by any stretch of the means, I just was surprised that it became my problem to deal with.
