After many phone calls and discussions, my wife and I decided to make the trip to NH from Old Town, Maine. It was more than worth it. Chuck described the truck as clean and in excellent condition. He was spot on. The interaction with the staff and the overall friendly atmosphere reminded me of dealers from many years ago. No pressure and honesty. If we asked a question and Chuck did not know the answer, he would find out. We used a financial institution here in Maine and your finance staff worked with our loan officer and made this experience very smooth. I would recommend to anyone to make the trip to Tri-City.
