Service Department is terrible. They don't know how to properly rotate tires. Spilled motor oil all over new vehicle engine and left it. Did not properly torque lug nuts. Lies....Called and talked about a Ram 3500 on there lot. They even called me back to confirm I was coming. Made the 2 hour drive from Knoxville to Kingsport, only to have them tell me they sold it already. They even called me back to confirm I was coming. I dealt with Tyler Neal. He handled everything via phone and emails as per my request. Our deal was made before I drove 300 miles to buy my new vehicle at Tri-Cities.
