From the moment I waked into the dealership I can relay that my experience was wonderful. The Manager greeted me and Patricio who helped through the process was excellent. He listened and assisted me with my decision of purchasing or leasing a brand new vehicle. I never felt pressured into buying a car above my financial means. My questions were answered professionally and in friendly terminology. I can not express enough how happy I feel with my new white Camry. Love it and all the great features as well. The finance was done quickly and I even was given a quick lesson on the technology that was new in the car. Thank you for giving me such a positive experience. Patricio was amazing! So informative, straight forward with what vehicle will work for me and my needs as well as my price range, and made sure to be transparent throughou So informative, straight forward with what vehicle will work for me and my needs as well as my price range, and made sure to be transparent throughout the entire process. He even went the extra mile to change my plate as well as help me transport all of my belongings from my old car to my BRAND new baby! Jarett was super transparent throughout the entire finance process and made sure i knew everything that was going to happen from my credit to payments to warranties etc. Richard sat me down and helped me through my paperwork while maintaining a normal conversation. He explained what warranties would be worth it and which ones are pointless based on the future I wish to have in my new car. Dealers that make you feel like people are rare and this is one of the last few!! Lastly, Alex in technology was super efficient and made sure I understood the works of the app and everything that is possible within it. Even down to the front desk agent, Ms. Jill who kept me in great conversations while waiting for the entire process to be done. All in all, it took about 1 1/2 hours to complete it! 1000/10 would recommend!! More
