My salesperson, Neville Silvera, was personable, professional, and diligent in finding the exact 4Runner I wanted. Neville was very knowledgeable about Toyota products and courteous in returning calls and procuring information in a timely manner. The atmosphere was hospitable and relaxed. I was not bombarded with calls and emails and felt no pressure to rush into purchasing a vehicle. I would refer my friends and family and encourage them to shop locally.
