Terrible experience in my whole car buying life!!! We had such a terrible experience w this dealership, we were mistreated disrespected and lied to. We called to find out if the car we wanted was avail We had such a terrible experience w this dealership, we were mistreated disrespected and lied to. We called to find out if the car we wanted was available the guy that had seen us a day before answer the phone and told us that the car was available at the time we told him that we would come to test drive the car and would be there in 30 to 40 min. We came after speaking to him about no more than 40 min later when we get there he told us to wait outside till' he grabbed the keys for a test drive, we starting looking at the car got really excited thought that we had found a great deal just to find out a minute later by that seller which was very cold to begin with that the car had been sold!! literally how can you sell a car in less than 40 min and even if it was sold that wasn't any sold tag on the car anything indicating that the car was sold he was so cold so unapologetic we came all the way from Wellington just to find out right there that the car was sold!! are you kidding me!! we got so upset he could've called us to at least let us know before making us drive 35 miles each way for nothing. he barely apologize called his others guys had that dealer talk between them and try to force us to get into a lease or buy a new car!! what a JOKE!! first off you don't do that to a prospective buyer let alone a family w two little kid and try to resolve an issue by trying toconvince us to lease a new or buy a brand new car to meet some demand. Experiences like this that keeps me away from that kind dealer and makes me not want to shop for a car so I can avoid these types of situations, my kids were so sad about the whole episode i could never in my whole life could imagine that a Toyota dealership of this level would still do and treat prospective buyer so disrespectful no compassion the day before New year's Eve just so they can meet their goal!! I'm sorry but I was really upset and I fell sorry for this kind of people I wish that you guys can learn by other dealership how to treat a person w respect and not try to bring us over so you can sell you brand new cars. Those guys make the whole car buying experience dreadful so unpleasant. I usually don't write Reviews but i feel i had the obligation to let everybody know what kind practices those guys uses to get their business. SHAME ON THIS DEALER!! would never go back there and warn you be careful cause' looks deceives.Thanks for looking at my Review More
