Fil kept me informed of the exact location of my vehicle as it was making its way from the Jax Port to Stuart. When she arrived, I received photos of my vehicle reassuring me all was well and after detail another photo/ text. Jarrett took the time to show me all the bells and whistles within the limited package. What could have been a cancelled transaction resulted in an amazing experience as I drove away Friday afternoon. Sometimes things don't go as planned the first time around but with great communication, effort and concern, Fil turned a tough situation around with excellent customer service.
