As a returning customer, you would think that you could get some kind of discount. We came in with a problem with 1 tire and by the time we left we had a bill close to $600,00. I didn’t feel welcome at all. I am used to other state Lexus and that was very different. The report that came at the end was ridiculous and I suspect they didn’t checked the wh I am used to other state Lexus and that was very different. For instance the list says my wiper are in the green: the wire so badd I had the replacement in my trunk and changed them 30 minutes after going back home. And since then there is several suspicious noises, my beaks are screaming. I will have my pads changed in another location, despite that the list came with a yellow collie for this. I don’t trust this leadership anymore and won’t set foot again there. Count on me to tell everyone. More
