On service day when no one arrived to pick up my car, we called after waiting 45 minutes and we were told they’re running late. 90 minutes later another call made this time told they didn’t know when they c called after waiting 45 minutes and we were told they’re running late. 90 minutes later another call made this time told they didn’t know when they could get to us. We canceled and rescheduled. Second attempt still running very late but service was completed. Customer Service needs training, communication with customers is #1 in my book.
