I bought my car here recently. Paul was nice to deal with throughout the transaction. The people that work they’re a nice, but they’re not willing to work with you. I was there recently to get some wipers and it oil change. I couldn’t get my wiper blades change because the previous perso willing to work with you. I was there recently to get some wipers and it oil change. I couldn’t get my wiper blades change because the previous person that work there change my whole wiper arms and they were not the originals so this time they wanted to charge me to put in the originals, which is .The people that work there are nice, but they’re not willing to work with you. The word TRUST features heavily here. From the Service Manager Kathy Register, to the friendly salespeople, I TRUST that my beautiful 2017 dark blue top of the line LS 460 will be treated From the Service Manager Kathy Register, to the friendly salespeople, I TRUST that my beautiful 2017 dark blue top of the line LS 460 will be treated with care and skill & professionalism. The waiting room deserves praise, too, for its ultra-clean & well maintained restrooms and the variety of snacks & fruits & drinks & the Wall Street Journal & magazines available, plus the television screen that allowed me to keep abreast of the Wimbledon tennis championships. Although it takes me at least 45 minutes to come from Stuart, I choose this dealership over much closer outfits for the foregoing reasons. I will certainly buy my next Lexus there. More
