Kelley was very courteous. She told me it would take 2 hours and it was 2 hours. She did not make me wait around for paperwork and emailed me everything. All things considered, I was a little disappointed with the service experience; however, I may consider returning. I want to be fair to mention the good and not so good so this review is quite long. Ev the service experience; however, I may consider returning. I want to be fair to mention the good and not so good so this review is quite long. Everyone was exceedingly friendly. The waiting area was excellent. In the end it comes down to the service. When I called for an appointment, I asked if I could get a loaner vehicle. It was told you must have a service that is at least 3 hours. I accepted that,and was told that they could pick up the vehicle and drop it off. That was a very nice alternative, but I did not take them up on it. In the future I might. I arrived at 6:50 for a 7AM appointment for a 20K service. Although I got there before opening, someone came out and greeted me. I mentioned to the person checking me that I would like the front license plate holder and windshield inspection stickers removed if they do that. I was shown to the very nice waiting area, and told to have whatever i wanted from the snack/drink area and Kathy would come out shortly. Kathy came out quickly and was very friendly. She explained the service I was having and mentioned it would take an hour and a half and then they would wash the vehicle. She told me the price including tax and asked if I had any questions. The selection of snacks and drinks was over the top nice! At 7:55, surprisingly Kathy came back and said the service was complete and said the brakes and tires were good and there were no other issues. She said they recommended some sort of A/C service, but I told Kathy maybe next time. She said they would take the car back to be washed and get me on my way. I assumed that meant I should be out of there in the next 15 minutes, which would take me to 815. At 830 I started to wonder why the car wasn't ready. At 835 I went to Kathy's office and asked about the car. Kathy sent somebody to see where the car was at. She said the car wash did not start until 8AM. She said I could wait in her office. I got a text from my previous Lexus dealer in NY. Since it was my birthday they would save me $50 on my next service. I asked if they would honor it and Kathy went to check with her manager. BTW it was my actual birthday. Kathy left and the person checking on my car came back with a key for another vehicle and said my car would be next up. I struggled to understand how my car wash was now going on 45 minutes. Kathy came back and said they would honor the $50 off which was very nice. I asked if they take the car off site to be washed. Kathy said they did the car wash there and that they do extra things by hand that might add to the time. At 845 the person came back with my key. I was somewhat upset at the time it took for the car wash. I paid for the service and went to look at the car. I noticed the whole front bumper had dead bugs on it and that they did not remove the license plate holder or stickers on the inside windshield. I already felt that I waited long enough and did not go back to have the bumper cleaned and the other things removed. Overall: Everyone was very friendly. The waiting area was top notch. The overall time ended up being what I thought it was going to be before I got there. I felt it should have taken less time once the actual service was completed. Looking back on it I could have mentioned the removal of the stickers and license plate holder to Kathy when she first came to see me, but I assumed this would have been passed along. Should the car wash take 45 minutes? If it does take 45 minutes, if I do return, I will forego the car wash. LOL. More

This dealership, specifically speaking, the service department needs some serious training on professionalism and customer service!! Upon driving into the service center, you won’t be greeted by the department needs some serious training on professionalism and customer service!! Upon driving into the service center, you won’t be greeted by the 5 people standing up front, you’ll actually have to approach them. The one lady would rather give you a dirty look and continue playing with her cell phone. Kellie is not even worth an ounce of air, she’s extremely dismissive, argumentative, short, disrespectful and rude. I would highly consider giving her a large amount of professional training in the customer service department. She’s the reason people may not return to your dealership. If you need to do business here, see DAVID!!! He was rock solid and outstanding. He was helpful, polite, respectful and professional. He needs to be the model employee for everyone else to learn from!! Go DAVID, you get 5 stars in my book and the reason I’ll be back!! More
