Kathy Register was great to work with when she returned to work. There was a communication issue that had put me in a few day period of no return phone call for a needed appt. Kathy had been out due to illness & could not answer my messages, but the service dept also had failed to respond to me. when I called a couple of times when I did not hear from Kathy. When I did talk to Kathy when she returned to her office, she informed me of her being out of her office due to illness. But I still had not heard from my service calls for assistance when I also called the general service dept. I had finally heard from another person the same time I had spoked with Kathy. More
